Vesala Primary School has faced challenges with large open spaces. The open spaces have served as classrooms, but busy through-traffic has disrupted teaching and made it difficult to concentrate. This has been reflected in the daily lives of pupils and staff through noise, restlessness and a lack of peace and quiet in the premises.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The solution to the situation was STORY WALL<\/a> -space dividers (47 units). The space dividers formed clear classrooms and corridors between the open space and the fixed classrooms. Since the introduction of the space dividers, traffic from the classrooms has calmed down considerably and teaching situations have gained much-needed peace and quiet.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The school has limited space and classroom facilities for the number of pupils, which has made finding suitable teaching spaces challenging at times.
