SEB Bank's new premises in Helsinki's South Esplanade represent modern multi-space office design at its best. The design was based on the idea of a village community, so the space has been designed to create places for spontaneous encounters and a natural sense of community. The furnishings are Nordic in style, and this stunning 1930s building, originally built in the Functionalist era, also features products from the INTO the Nordic Silence furniture family, which promotes multi-office functionality. The space was designed by interior architects Gullstén-Inkinen.

The sound-absorbing, ergonomic POINT sofas have been placed in both boardrooms and breakout areas, where they form inviting seating groups. In communal areas, there are also easily movable, semi-portable POD ROLL team workstations with dampening elements. Modular INTO POD rooms are located near the workstations as support spaces, providing a peaceful setting for both concentrated work and meetings.
