The story behind the design:
”POINT sofas were designed as a modular seating solution, particularly suitable for POD rooms and convertible office spaces. The starting point was to make a sofa that you could sit on all day. Therefore, the dimensions are at the level of the desk chair and the structure is compact, so that the sitting posture remains stable even during longer working hours.
POINT sofas can also be used to create flexible working areas in offices' coffee and dining areas. By not designing a space for just one use, the occupancy rate increases. Multi-purpose spaces are also more ecological, as less new construction and separate space solutions are needed.
In conference rooms, sofas can also be used as additional seating space, for example on the edges of the room. They add clarity and a soft surface that improves acoustics.”
