Background
Lippu.fi is Finland’s best-known ticketing company, serving both event organisers and ticket buyers, and has been operating in the sector since 1996. Today, Lippu.fi is part of CTS Eventim, Europe’s largest ticketing company, operating in over 20 countries and selling 300 million tickets annually. Challenge
When planning its new premises, Lippu.fi wanted more spacious and flexible solutions rather than traditional private meeting rooms. Although there were already fixed meeting rooms in use, the open-plan space needed clearer organisation, as well as more private meeting rooms and quiet workspaces.
The aim was to create an office that supports both concentration and collaboration, and offers staff a variety of ways to use the space throughout the working day.
Solution
INTO Concept’s furniture met the needs of open-plan spaces by introducing solutions to the office that enhance peace and quiet whilst working, foster collaboration and complement the functionality and comfort of the spaces.
The STORY WALL acoustic dividers create a more peaceful working environment by dampening noise and defining the open-plan space. A small unit attached to the room dividers basketball hoop It brings a touch of playfulness to the working day, and STORY WALL’s whiteboards serve as versatile tools for visualising ideas.
POINT sofas They bring comfort and versatility to the Lippu.fi premises. They were placed specifically in the kitchen area, where they provide a comfortable setting for dining, but also serve as a more relaxed workspace. Staff can retreat to the sofas to work on their tasks or engage in more informal conversations.

POINT CUP collaboration sofa encourages collaboration and creativity. The space makes it easy to view the screen together and discuss matters openly with the team.
They also wanted acoustic panels for the office FOCUSworkstations, which provide a quiet and private workspace, help improve focus and offer visual protection from distractions.
In addition, the premises feature solutions designed to support staff wellbeing, such as Naava green walls and LoOok Industriesthe Neuron Activation Pod device.

Results from
INTO Concept’s products met Lippu.fi’s expectations perfectly. The solutions brought greater peace and quiet, privacy and versatility to the open-plan office, whilst maintaining the spacious and modern feel of the premises.
The FOCUS workstations, in particular, have been used a great deal, as they offer privacy and a quiet space without feeling cramped.
STORY WALL room dividers were chosen over traditional screen and partition wall solutions because they offer a more cohesive and stylish overall look. The design supports Lippu.fi’s aim of creating a modern, comfortable and flexible working environment where employees can concentrate, collaborate and interact with one another naturally.
