Background

Founded in September 2021, Bodymaja has become Finland’s leading expert in body composition measurements. The company’s aim is to help people understand their bodies better and achieve their own wellbeing and health goals.

Bodymaja currently has 15 measurement stations across Finland. The latest measurement stations, opened in 2024, are located in central Helsinki, Itäkeskus, Shopping Center Redi and Lippulaiva. There are also monitoring stations in Vantaa, Tampere, Raisio, Kuopio, Jyväskylä, Lahti and Oulu.

Challenge

Bodymaja’s service is based on a personalised and pleasant customer experience, utilising the best equipment and the latest technology. Body composition measurements require an environment where customers can be assessed in peace and privacy.

The measurement points were designed to be located in different places, to offer customers privacy and to allow for seamless use in line with customers’ own schedules.

Solution

INTO Concept has worked closely with Bodymaja since the company was founded. A measurement point was customised for Bodymaja POD 1 , that offers clients privacy and a peaceful service experience.

Practical solutions tailored to Bodymaja’s needs were implemented in the POD facilities. Electronic locks and privacy film on the windows of the fitting rooms ensure privacy, whilst a bespoke power supply allows the rooms to be used according to customers’ own schedules.

The POD spaces, customised by INTO Concept, offer Bodymaja’s customers a functional, comfortable and private environment for body composition measurements. Thanks to an extensive network of measurement centres, thousands of customers use Bodymaja’s services every month.
