How much space does an office POD need in the office?
Office PODs generally require 3–10 square metres of space in an office, depending on the POD’s size, model and intended use. This includes both the space taken up by the POD itself and the necessary walkway space around it. The smallest single-person PODs take up around 3–4 square metres, whilst larger meeting PODs for 2–4 people require 6–10 square metres. It is also important to take into account the space required for movement around the POD, typically at least 60–100 cm in front of the door.
