INTO POD solutions are increasing privacy in Hartela’s headquarters in Ilmala

The large floor area was a baseline during the design of the building. The objective was to create a unified, consistent area as large as possible to include the whole organization on one floor. All 70 employees now work on one single floor instead of several separate sections. INTO POD rooms were brought into the working area to offer spaces for tasks that require concentration as well as for teamwork.

Finnishness and home-like surroundings are the main messages of Hartela’s brand, and those same values played a big part in choosing the furniture for the office.
The room-like feeling among great acoustic features of INTO POD rooms was the reason why our POD rooms were chosen. Because of the minimalistic and timeless look of INTO POD rooms, they were easy to blend in to be part of Hartela’s headquarters.
