Peace of mind with recycled furniture
Background:
Black Belt Consulting is a Finnish IT consulting company founded in 2022, combining IT consulting and expert headhunting. The company brings together experienced IT experts and companies, and its offices are located in Hakaniemi, Helsinki.
The challenge:
Black Belt Consulting was looking for functional solutions for phone calls and meeting space for more people in their office. It was particularly important to find solutions that utilised recycled and sustainable alternatives.
Solution:
The office lobby was equipped with a recycled POD 2 -space, which serves as a flexible meeting room for 2-4 people. The space was furnished with recycled POINT LOW -sofas and TOP-on the table. POINT LOW sofas are designed with the dimensions of a desk chair, making it ergonomic to sit for longer periods and work in comfort.
A recycled material was added to the workspace side POD PHONE -phone booth with glass door, providing a quiet and private space for calls in an open office environment.
On the other side of the office were placed three CUBE SOLO -chairs, which immediately attracted the interest of the company's CEO Sameli Mäenpää during his visit to INTO Concept's showrooms. The chairs were particularly appealing for their privacy, soundproof design and swivel base. The chairs were placed one behind the other and partly opposite each other, which further improves sound insulation. Between the chairs, height-adjustable TOP LIFT LOW desks to make them functional and self-contained workstations.
Results:
INTO Concept's recycled furniture created peace of mind and allowed Black Belt Consulting to work in a versatile way. The products offer privacy, ergonomics and functional solutions for different working situations.
